A lonely wanderer, my path is laid.
Though quick my travelling, my journey's far.
For I am Mercury spinning retrograde
In the gravity of a dying star.
I see you Venus, your eyes full of mirth.
This innuendo causes such reaction,
Of you I ask, are we the Moon and Earth,
That dance though time in endless attraction.
Though Mars, like fate, will bring uncertainty,
We'll strive to overcome our star-crossed fate.
So until all is clear for all to see,
I wait the day that I can hold you late.
Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight,
You are a wish to me fulfilled this night.
